  • If you have undergone an examination or treatment, we will contact you when we receive information from the clinic.
  • If you need to submit a referral or other sensitive personal information before hearing from your medical advisor, you can do so using this form. Remember that you can take pictures of the documents with your mobile phone and upload them as attachments. Enter the case number in the subject field to ensure that the document is associated with your case.
  • If you have received a message from your medical advisor via My Pages, that's where you can get in touch with us. Log in to My Pages at If.no if you have any questions about the case, and you will receive a response from your advisor within a few days.
