Please note that treatment for substance abuse and gambling addiction is only included in the Super corporate health insurance. To find out what is included in your insurance, please refer to your insurance certificate by logging in to My Pages on If.no.
The health insurance covers detoxification from alcohol, drugs, addictive medications, and gambling.
To have the treatment covered, you must first register a case and provide a referral from a doctor. The treatment stay must be pre-approved by one of our medical advisors, and must take place at one of the quality-assured clinics we have an agreement with.
The insurance covers one stay of up to 150,000 NOK, and at least 12 months must have passed since the last treatment before the health insurance will cover a potential new stay.
